Reconditioning Method
Each and every machinery has been thoroughly checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed prior to disassembly. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential equipment required to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Every Skyjack machine is meticulously reassembled in order to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new components: filters and hoses, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Additionally, each and every unit is given new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers provides an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These models provide a ninety seven inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
